HELPFUL TIPS FOR RESIDENTS
- Do we have your most current contact information? There are community emails sent out with important information and updates. These include a monthly newsletter, information about community events and items to be brought to your attention. If you are not receiving HOA information on a monthly basis, please send your email information to: info@ivoryridge.com with a request to be added to the distribution list.
- You can view your monthly statements, make changes or updates to your billing through accessing the online portal here: Homeowner Online Portal. The User Name is your HOA Account number and the Password can be provided by the Management Team if you need it. Please email info@ivoryridge.com with a request for a password and you will receive a response within 1 business day.
- Ivory Ridge has transitioned to Quarterly Billing as of January 1, 2023. Your statement reflects this change and you can find more information on this site under Homeowners > Assessments. If you are on ACH, this change will happen automatically. If not, you will need to change your billing amount and frequency through your bank. There is an option to stay monthly as long as you pay two months in advance to stay current with the Quarterly Schedule.
