Since it is the start of a new year, we wanted to be sure that you are aware of some of the resources available to you through the HOA:
- Did you know that there is community information sent out by email each month? These include a monthly newsletter and updates. If you are not receiving HOA information on a monthly basis, please send your email information to: info@ivoryridge.com with a request to be added to the distribution list.
- You can view your monthly statements, make changes or updates to your billing through accessing the online portal here: https://vmsweb.ccmcnet.com/. The User Name is your HOA Account number and the Password can be provided by the Management Team if you need it. Please email info@ivoryridge.com with a request for a password and you will receive a response within 1 business day at the latest.
- Ivory Ridge has transitioned to Quarterly Billing as of January 1, 2023. Your statement reflects this change and you can find more information on this site under Homeowners > Assessments. If you are on ACH, this change will happen automatically. If not, you will need to change your billing amount and frequency through your bank. There is an option to stay monthly as long as you pay two months in advance to stay current with the Quarterly Schedule.
