HELPFUL TIPS FOR RESIDENTS
- Do we have your most current contact information? There are community emails sent out with important information and updates. These include a monthly newsletter, information about community events and items to be brought to your attention. If you are not receiving HOA information on a monthly basis, please send your email information to: firstname.lastname@example.org with a request to be added to the distribution list.
- You can view your Homeowner account through accessing the online portal here: Homeowner Online Portal. The User Name is your HOA Account number and the Password can be provided by the Management Team if you need it. Please email email@example.com with a request for a password and you will receive a response within 1 business day.
- Ivory Ridge is on Quarterly billing and changed banks as of July 1, 2023. Please make sure that your billing information is current with the new bank. You can find all information about updating your information by looking under Homeowners/Assessments/Bank Transition Information on this website.
