Sub-Associations & Benefited Neighborhoods
Within Ivory Ridge, there are multiple sub-associations and benefited neighborhoods...
While there is so much to enjoy while living in a community association, for many this is a new concept. To help familiarize you with some of the many aspects of community association living, here are some things you should know. When you purchase a home in a neighborhood with a homeowners association, membership in the association is mandatory and automatic for each owner. If you live in one of the neighborhoods listed below, you are also a member of a sub-association or benefited neighborhood & you have additional benefits, expenses, and restrictions in addition to the Ivory Ridge Master Property Owners Association. The Ivory Ridge Master Property Owners Association is the governing entity for the Ivory Ridge Community (also referred to as the Master) and governs the entire community as well as common areas in the centralized area of Center Street, Clubview Lane, and the Swim & Tennis Club.
Benefited Neighborhoods: Governed under the master board of directors and master governing documents, with additional services and a supplemental assessment.
Sub-associations: Governed by a separate set of governing documents under the direction of a sub-board of directors.
