Members
Homeowners become members of the Ivory Ridge Master Community Association when they purchase a home. Members are responsible for paying quarterly assessments to support community operations and reserve funds.

CCMC is proud to provide management services to the Ivory Ridge Master Community Association.
Your community management team is based out of the Ivory Ridge Clubhouse. Additional community operations are supported by CCMC team members based out of the Scottsdale corporate office.
