Lisa has been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years. She considers her clients like family and strives to keep them healthy and fit. She is also a certified personal trainer and is happy to make her schedule available to meet our member’s needs.
Formatted for all skill levels. This class will help you sculpt, tone, and burn to the level you desire in this dynamic group setting. Burn calories without the intense cardio, while gaining lean muscle and increasing strength by targeting every muscle group.
Total Body Conditioning
This class starts off with 30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of toning. This is a muscular endurance class that will challenge you to reach new levels. Using hand weights and your own body weight, we will focus on muscle overload principles for building tone and defined bodies. This class is as hard or as easy as you choose to make it.
The abdominal and core muscles are vital for posture and stability. This class will focus on abdominal, back, core muscle training and stabilization.
Challenge your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds in this class held on stationary bikes. This class will focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery. Cycling shoes recommended but not required.
Circuit is a class that uses joint movement and full body functional exercises to generate the correct intensity for each individual. You will rotate through various exercises every 60 seconds. This class will help increase your strength, definition, and stamina.
Step into the Oldies
Our Step into the Oldies class offers standing, sitting, low impact Choreography. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.
Kids Fit is a fun filled high energy fitness class geared for children ages 6-10 years of age. This class strives to increase the overall health and fitness level of children in a positive and motivating environment. It is our belief that a positive association with fitness at an early age will foster healthy adult living habits for life. Tennis shoes and water bottles are recommended.
